Our team will meet with you, determine the needs of your project, and the costs will vary based on whether it's embroidered or monogrammed.
EMBROIDERY Prices are based on stitch count, which is determined after the digitizing process, which is explained in step 3.
MONOGRAMMING Prices are flat-rate and based on number of lines in the text to be monogramed. This process doesn't allow for custom fonts or client-provided files, and is based on stock artwork and font choices.

Depending on whether the project is embroidery or monogramming, we put together a quote based on the scope of the project.
EMBROIDERY ESTIMATE Because the final stitch count won't be known until the digitizing step, we produce an estimated final cost which may fluctuate. We typically estimate high so your final cost is lower.
MONOGRAMMING QUOTE Since this is a flat-rate process, your monogramming quote will be a final price.
Once you approve the quote or estimate, the project moves into the Artwork/Proofing stage.

After the estimate approvals, our art team will prep your artwork and send a digital proof for artwork approval. This is the time to make adjustments to digital artwork before we digitize for embroidery

Once we have your artwork approval, our specialized embroidery artist will digitize the artwork to determine stitch count and stitch quality. A digitized file tells us how many stitches will be needed to produce your file and what the stitches will look like when they are sewn.
